At Simple City Online, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Email us at simplecityonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos if applicable. We will respond with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
